We are extremely excited to open two brand new Brisbane Display Homes in 2021. During Covid-19 we sold our Display Home to a wonderful family therefore have been doing virtual or construction viewings with clients. Construction is officially underway on both homes and we estimate they will both be complete in the coming months.
Lomandra Park – Bridgeman Downs
One of our best display homes yet is set to open in the beautiful Bridgeman Downs within Lomandra Park Estate. “Located just 12km from the Brisbane CBD Lomandra Park will form a boutique and contemporary community in an enviable location. The streets will be lined with beautiful homes, landscaped gardens and as you take an evening stroll you will be greeted by your new neighbours enjoying their own slice of the perfect lifestyle offered at Lomandra Park“.
Easiest to describe as a ‘Modern Farmhouse’ it is the perfect combination of the classic American Barn with modern sensibilities and style. In such a busy and bustling world this home will act as your slice of rural, secluded lifestyle. Barn Doors, stone and aged timber, mudrooms, vaulted ceilings and lots of cladding bring this home to life.
Lomandra Park Display Home Construction Updates
Display Homes in Carver’s Reach, Park Ridge – Brisbane
Display Number Two is our modern, contemporary single storey – The Airlie. Quite the contrast to our home in Lomandra Park, this design speaks to the minimalist in all of us. Clean, crisp lines create a bold façade and this flows effortlessly onto the floorplan.
“Over 170 years ago, on a ridge of land with clear water running through it, early settlers carved out their lives from a forest of bloodwood, oak, cedar, mahogany and gum. Some were carpenters, who dressed the timber to build new homes. Others were timber getters, or farmers, who built new lives from the soil and the creeks. Then there were selectors, who paid two-and-six an acre but all were pioneers of Park Ridge. As a result they’ve left us their stories to inspire a new breed of settler, in a new era of modern living.
Today, we’re re-planting threatened local tree species and preserving heritage through historic walking trails. Conserving the remnant forest with biodiversity corridors. We are developing a place that will provide new lives for those who seek the best Queensland has to offer. This is where you can live a life well crafted.”
Keep following us on this Brisbane Display Homes journey, as we cannot wait to see the finished products and celebrate their openings with you all!
Have a great day!
