We are thrilled to have chosen OJ Pippin Homes to build our new house. They took time out to come visit the land we were looking at purchasing and chat us through the process. The entire process from start to finish was well communicated and we were kept in the loop the entire time. The final build quality was excellent, and we would happily choose Oj Pippin Home again.

I would have to say my experience building with OJ Pippin was seamless. The communication and responsiveness were great and I really appreciated the guidance from their interior designer Belinda when choosing all the colours, finishes, fixtures and fittings. They stuck to the budget (highly recommend having absolutely everything chosen and in the contract before commencing site works, made it very smooth) and were very reasonable when it came to working through things that didn’t quite get done by handover. Best of all, they beat the average build timeframe by 3 months, and instead of moving in in March 2025 I was in before Christmas 2024!
The quality of the work done is very good and everyone now wants to come to my place for a party.
Highly recommend OJ Pippin if you’re looking to build your dream home in Brisbane.

Recently built our dream home with OJ Pippin. They have built me such a nice home. Experience from start to finish was great. They are bunch of very professional, friendly and experienced people and customer comes first. Shane from sales did an amazing job and their drafting team was so amazing and given me customised plan in a very short time. Mike who is big boss there also helped in tweaked few things in plan to make it look amazing. Wouldn’t forget Belinda from colour studio helped us choosing great colour scheme. Also Chloe who was main contact and she is General Manager and is very easy to deal with and very helpful. Customer comes first for these people. Site Supervisor Paul is great and very knowledgeable and helpful.
Trades personal were also great and knew what they were doing.
Paul went above and beyond to get this house finished well before time and we were told October and we moved in June this year. We can’t be happier. I will say fair pricing, great team and quality of work and after care service are the key points in house building. I had private build inspection done and inspector couldn’t find any fault and issues.

We moved in many months earlier then the contract end date with a two-storey house slab in January and handover in August same year. Thanks OJ Pippin for a beautiful home and building experience in a time when it’s so bad for so many! From the first phone call with Ainslie to now we’ve been impressed with the organisation and speed everything was handled with. Ainslie was with us for the entire process and ended up feeling like part of the family, we couldn’t praise him highly enough. Our site manager Calvin was a champion who took everything in his stride too. We would definitely build with them again and love the home we built with them.

After approaching five builders, we quickly realised that OJ Pippin was the perfect match for our vision of creating an exceptional home with superior finishes. From the initial concept design with Steve Lee through to the final handover, OJ Pippin kept us well-informed about the progress at each stage.
The entire construction process took 18 months, which is impressive considering that some nearby projects haven’t even reached the lock-up stage in the same time. We customised the house plan effectively with Steve’s help, adding extra space where it made sense. For example, we were able to include a Juliette balcony instead of a normal one and extend the hallway and create wall to wall patio doors at the back of the house, resulting in a home that far exceeded our expectations.
On the admin/operations side, Chloe provided excellent support, often responding to our queries within just a few hours. Her efficiency was greatly appreciated and resulted in us moving into the property and ending our rental contract earlier than we anticipated.
We would undoubtedly choose OJ Pippin for any future building projects and are immensely grateful for their outstanding work. Their commitment to quality and communication has truly brought our dream home to life.
