KITCHEN
Complete, custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances including 60cm dishwasher,60cm or 90cm oven, induction cooktop and ducted undermount range-hood. Soft close doors and pot drawers. Undermount sink with pull out spray mixer.
BATHROOM
Complete, fully functional bathroom with fixtures and fittings, wet area tiling, bath, glass screens, mirror, tiled niche, custom vanities and a selection of basins and tiles.
PORCH & ALFRESCO
Porch and alfresco slab poured with the main house slab finished with 600×600 tiles & LED downlights. Alfresco includes a ceiling fan and external power point.
FLOORING
Carpet to bedrooms and living room (plan specific). 600×600 Tiles or Timber look vinyl plank to all other areas (except garage.)
BLINDS
Blockout roller blinds to all windows and doors (excludes stairwells, obscure glass and kitchen windows).
ELECTRICAL
LED Downlights, Double power-points and Ceiling fans throughout. Feature pendants over the island bench, Ducted air conditioning with My Air, NBN Ready and a heat pump hot water system.
ROOFING / GARAGE
Colorbond® roof with Anticon. Colorbond fascia, gutter and sectional panel-lift garage door with two remotes and one wall remote.
